Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru is honest, straight forward, and pleasant. The salesman was great to work with and was very personable. There a lot of additional perks that come with the purchase of my new Cross Trek. Free car washes, free oil and filter changes for 3 years and a person to person instructions on how to use the "Star-Link" system on the touch screen on the dash. Would definitely recommend stopping by this dealership if you're looking to purchase a Subaru. They have quite a big inventory and will take you for a test drive.

We bought our first Subaru last week from salesperson David Fitzmaurice. He was kind, patient, and a good listener who communicated with his manager about our budget. In the end we worked out a deal, and even the manager, finance specialist and service valet stayed after hours to take care of us. Sure the process took a few hours, but we had done our research and are confident we got a good deal, and this dealership treated us well. Would recommend them to others as opposed to other Subaru dealerships within an hour radius.

I had such a fantastic experience buying my car thanks to Luke, the young man who helped me at Napleton Subaru Schaumburg. From start to finish, he was kind, funny, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. No gimmicks, no pressure, no games. He was super responsive and answered every question I had with patience and detail. I felt like I could actually relate to him and trust what he was saying. He clearly knows Subarus inside and out and took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and needed. Then he delivered exactly that at a price I honestly did not think was possible. Reddit even raved about the deal I got which says a lot. It is rare to walk away from a dealership feeling this good about both the purchase and the person who helped you. We purchased a new Crosstrek from Napleton's Subaru. Our salesman was Chris Powell. Everyone at Napleton's Subaru made purchasing a new car an easy experience. Chris made the negotiation process simple and easy. Of course he had to get prices approved, but it seemed to be simplistic compared to other dealerships of other brands of cars. We were expecting tons of game playing, lots of wait time, and talking to at least one "aggressive manager". None of this happened at Napleton's Subaru with Chris. The finance manager George made the process simple too when we had to sign all the paperwork. (Everyone else we had contact with was pleasant too.) Since purchasing the Crosstrek, Chris had made several follow-up contacts with me. I am pleased with the overall experience here, and would definitely recommend the salesman Chris Powell

I came in to check out a used car at Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru. Everybody was real friendly and helpful which was surprising. I had been to a few other dealerships and they just seamed unprepaired and unenthusiastic. First impression is everything. We talked to a Napleton's best used car sales man (Mike Wilcox). Mike was extremely helpful. Very informative and answered all of our questions. He presented our new addition with confidence. He was very honest which is cumbersome to find now a days with car sales man. I can honestly say Mike and the entire dealership did everything in their power to get us the lowest possible rate. At first they gave us a significantly lower rate which was great; however, Mike said to me "I know we could do better." Mike did deliver everything promised. Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru will be my first stop when I look for another vehicle.
