Outstanding Customer Service! Keyyondre (KG) from the Parts Department went above and beyond while assisting me in finding an engine valve gasket for my 2017 Subaru Outback. After I initially purchased the wrong part, he took the time to guide me to the correct one. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, courteous, and highly professional. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my experience.

Found a car on Cars.com located at Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru and made an appointment. From the time I got out of my car at the dealership I was greeted by someone - as I walked to the door, when I got inside, as I sat at the salesman desk - everyone had a smile and a handshake. The salesman I dealt with - Kareem Thomas - was friendly and informative. I'd certainly not hesitate to refer anyone to Napleton's if they were looking for a car - new or used.

Went in looking to trade my 2016 Toyota Corolla and drove out in a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek! William Rivera steered me in the direction I needed to be, my car was old and needed a lot of maintenance. He suggested getting a brand new car so I have no worries of any maintenance for a couple years now. I agreed this was the best option for me. Thanks everyone who made my experience smooth, special thank you to William tho because he is an excellent salesman.
