Walked onto the lot looking for a used car and Jim Baranski was excellent with his service. Worked quickly and efficiently and I left with exactly what I was looking for.

Cheerful, knowledgeable & helpful staff. Alex Henderson was very patient, & friendly. Same experience with Jeff. It was also a joy to meet & deal with their finance manager Josh Hastings who offered reasonable pricing for additional warranties. Overall I would rate them 10 out of 10.

From the Sales Manager, Nick, to Luke in Sales and the lovely Debbie in Finance, this was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. I’ve leased vehicles every three years for many years, so I’ve had my share of dealership experiences, and honestly, car buying has never been something I’ve enjoyed. Napleton Subaru in Schaumburg completely changed that. From the emails and texts before I arrived, to being greeted at the door with an umbrella on a rainy day, every interaction was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. Nick, Luke, and Debbie made the entire process easy, comfortable, and stress free. Luke even went above and beyond by helping me return my Volkswagen lease, which made the transition seamless. I drove from Indiana, passing several Subaru dealerships along the way, and I’m so glad I made the trip. I purchased a Forester that I absolutely love, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision.
