I bought a car from them and I was able to negotiate the price a little bit but because I bought used. They did not put gas in it. Which I can get to a certain extent but not when the tank is on E. After talking to them they said they would honor half a tank. They sent someone over because I was worried my car would not make it to a gas station. So they put $20 worth of gas. Little upset about the whole thing but at least after selling a car they continue to care.

After I initially purchased the wrong part, he took the time to guide me to the correct one. Throughout the entire process, he was patient, courteous, and highly professional. His kindness and dedication truly made a difference in my experience.
Found a car on Cars.com located at Napleton's Schaumburg Subaru and made an appointment. From the time I got out of my car at the dealership I was greeted by someone - as I walked to the door, when I got inside, as I sat at the salesman desk - everyone had a smile and a handshake. Went in looking to trade my 2016 Toyota Corolla and drove out in a 2026 Subaru Crosstrek! William Rivera steered me in the direction I needed to be, my car was old and needed a lot of maintenance. He suggested getting a brand new car so I have no worries of any maintenance for a couple years now. I agreed this was the best option for me. I purchased a brand new Subaru Forester from Napleton and my experience was very positive. Jim, the sales guy was very knowledgeable and was able to explain major differences between the Forester and the Crosstrek. There was fair negotiation and no pushy sales. I had a limit in my budget and the finance guy, Josh listened and helped me make a good decision. I will most definitely consider buying from Napleton Subaru again.

The sales team was kind and professional, and did an amazing job getting me into a dream car of mine!!!! However, I believe clearer communication with customers is needed. The financing details were not fully transparent before I agreed to purchase the car, particularly regarding the interest rate and loan term. I was initially told they could match competing offers, which felt like a tactic to get me into the dealership. Easiest car purchase I’ve ever made. Alex Hernandez and Jeff Calhoun were amazing. I was shown what I wanted to see, did some test driving, and selected a new car. At no point did I feel pressured, and I feel I got a fair deal.
The employees are very nice, just ridiculous amount of a price just to have them diagnose something without a computer.
Good experience but they definitely need more people in the Finance department for saturdays other wise it takes a while

I bought a strut mount and installed it to only to realize the part was defective. I brought my vehicle in for the service guys to visually inspect it. At first they said they wouldn't be able to replace it. Then a guy who appeared to be a manager took a look at it and told them to replace it. Long story short they were willing to work with me and I am grateful they did. I installed the replacement strut mount and all is well!
I went in for a routine oil change and Antonio took great care of me as usual. His attention to detail and efficiency is exceptional!
Alex Hernandez was phenomenal to work with. I got the price advertised on my WRX without any haggling. He wasn't pushy or aggressive, easy to talk to and very personable.
