Buying my new Subaru was a great experience with the Staff at Napleton.

I was very happy with the service I received at Napleton Suburu in Schaumburg- the service was done within an hour and the estimate was sent ahead of time and was on point when it was completed. I was hopeful my car would be fixed when I dropped it off, but after 12days, my sending videos to the service advisor, the subaru rep coming out etc nothing could be done for my faulty front windshield wipers because they could not replicate the issue (the sprayer activating without the wipers working at all). I was told that the issue would just have to get worse and for me to bring it back before they could diagnose it. Overall, I was not impressed by how dismissive and passive aggressive the service agent was that I worked with. I did not feel he "heard" me nor cared about my situation at all, and despite arriving early for my app and mentioning that I needed to leave quickly, it took 45min-hr before I could leave with the loaner making me late for work. While gross, I can let it slide that they gave me a dirty loaner (someone sneezed all over the rearview mirror, a full toiletry bag was left in the center console from the last customer, and the car was covered in cobwebs.....yes, I took pictures), but then to have the advisor tell me to bring the car back with ¼ tank of gas, which I did, yet charge for 2 more gallons because what I was told did not match their paperwork, that felt petty. My car is under warranty so they did not charge me for the visit, but the gas charge definitely felt like their attempt to get a pound of flesh for all their "hassle." Overall, a disappointing experience. I am giving 3 stars not 1 because one of the technicians, was kind enough to help me move things out of my car to the loaner, listened to my situation, and showed genuine concern for what I was dealing with. Even though he would not be working on my car, interacting with him was the best part of the whole experience.

Working with Keith is a pleasure and all other employees in the service department are very helpful.

Had Antonio check in my car for an oil leak found out that there was a repair for an oil leak on my Rex got it all taken care of and squared away thanks again!!!

It was the very best car buying experience I’ve had in 30 years. There’s no high-pressure sales. Everyone is generally very kind and helpful. Zach and all of the sales team are the best. And Debbie in finance made the loan process easy to understand and it went very smoothly. I know I will go there for my next car. 5/5 stars

Was shopping for a new car and was greeted and assisted by Alex Hernandez. I could not have wished for a better experience. Alex was personable, patient, kind, courteous, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He answered every question I had to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend that you speak to him when in the market for a new Subaru. Just before I left the dealership, Nick Spohnholtz also came out to see how the test drive and experience had been, and if he could answer any further questions. Again, I highly recommend these staff members for their courtesy and in-depth knowledge of their product. I am sure you will feel that you’re in good hands and can ask any question that you have regarding the vehicle, knowing that you will be treated with respect.
