It was worth the schlep from the city to be treated well. I knew what I wanted and got a great price with no pressure for an upsell. David Fitzmaurice was professional and informative and respectful of my time and also made the effort to clean the car and fill the gas himself to save me some time. Alex stepped in just before I drove off to troubleshoot connecting my phone to the car when it didn’t happen as easily as usual. It wasn’t a major issue but definitely saved the day so I’d be all connected for my long Friday afternoon drive back to Chicago. Ask for Luke. He is very professional and will help find the perfect car for you. He is NOT your average pushy car salesman trying to make a quick buck and get you out the door. He is polite and takes time to get you a good deal. The location is easy to find, in a nice modern buiding. Showroon is small, not overwhelming and looks clean. Overall, i had a pretty good experience buying a new car at Subaru Schaumburg.
