Always. Helpful. My car has run well since I have been coming to Napleton and the cost has been reasonable.

My husband and I had very good experience working with David F, he was not the typical sales person. He listened to what we wanted and offered great advice. No run around or pressure at all. He found us a Forester in our price range that was delivered within two weeks. Staff at the dealership from sales to the service department were very welcoming. I recommend highly.

Rami and Chris were awesome! They made the entire buying experience as “pain free” as possible. The customer service was incredible.

Alex was awesome to work with. Buying a car can take hours, but this didnt take too long. I love my car!

10/24/26 Went with my mom to check out an Ascent here today and likely purchase it. Worked with Jaelyn, and I cant say how great it was to work with him. Made sure we were taken care of the entire time and kept us informed on any delays that were happening.

Keith is 5 ⭐️customer service. And the techs are skilled & knowledgeable as well. Love the new video cam that shows you what’s wrong with your car. The transparency is refreshing & reassuring.

As a first time car owner/buyer I couldn’t have asked for a better dealership experience. Kareem was incredible! He explained and laid everything out for me, helping make the entire process very easy to navigate. Truly a fun time for coming in to test drive and bug a car:)
