We have a 2017 Outback and just upgraded a 2013 Forester to a 2023 Forester. We had another fantastic experience this week at Schaumburg Subaru . My daughter test drove on Tuesday and purchased on Wednesday. Chris Napleton and his team are the best. Nick the sales manager was great, Will our salesman was very knowledgeable and does a great test drive. Josh did our paperwork and made it very easy. We always return to this location for our service. Their service department is great, special shoutout to Keith. This is our family’s 3rd Subaru purchase and we can’t imagine driving anything else or purchasing anywhere else.

Their sales rep John Gomes was very professional, friendly, and personable, and was able to provide all the information I needed on my Subaru Impreza. The car had one minor fender dent + a tear in the parking break fabric cover, and John offered to use his own employee discounted rate for the repairs, making them only cost about $20!! He also smartly recommended buying a replacement center console cover as the one in the car was sun-damaged, rather than paying for another repair. He said in his own words, "I costs me nothing to tell people how to save money and that's always what I try to do." The facility was clean, well laid-out, and the staff seemed very professional. Plus, they had free snacks, coffee, and water! Cars were in pretty good condition from what I saw and they seemed the type to be very honest and up front about them and the financing process. Would greatly recommend to anyone in the market!

Buying my new Subaru was a great experience with the Staff at Napleton.

I was very happy with the service I received at Napleton Suburu in Schaumburg- the service was done within an hour and the estimate was sent ahead of time and was on point when it was completed. Nate Klein, the Service Advisor, was super nice and explained everything well. I will most definitely be back to this dealership for future maintenance/sales!
